I started working for a subcontractor who taught me how to do this profession that I enjoy doing. He worked as a renowned deck builder in Travis and Williamson County. ●25 gauge metal frame and Trac
●LP Smart side or Cement Fiber (Hardie Board) Paneling
●1x6 P.T. Ground contact bottom board
●Vents on every corner and every 12'
●1 access door
●Caulked
●Painted to match the house or color preference
☆☆LP Smart side paneling requires framed every 2ft. OC
☆☆Hardie Board is framed every 4ft. OC
☆☆Materials and labor is included in our prices! ☆☆References available!
Custom Deck Design
There are so many different types of projects, and that's why we make sure to discuss every detail with you before beginning so you know exactly what to expect, and exactly how much it’s going to cost. Our Standard Decks Consist of the Following:
●All pressure treated lumber, and 5/4x6" Round Edge Board also known as "Deck board" for platforms.
●Floor Joists 16in. OC
●24in deep Sonotube by 8" in diameter if 4x4 is used. 12" in diameter if 6x6 is used.
●Sonotubes get #4 Rebar
●38in high railing with wooden balusters
●Basic sanding of the railing and platform
●48in wide set of steps
☆☆ Staining is available! And comes with our 6month warranty if it peels or fades.

Outstanding Quality
We know our decks are built to last! But when it comes to the stain and paint, we give our customers a 6-month warranty for any cracks, peels, or fades regarding the stain. We'll come back for touch ups or coats if needed.
